What are the tour departure times?

Our coffee tours depart daily from our office in downtown Boquete at 8:30 AM and 1:30 PM. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to check in and begin your experience without rushing.

The full experience lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including the farm visit, coffee education, and guided tasting.

Yes! Transportation from downtown Boquete to the coffee farm is included with your tour.

If you're staying at a hotel along our route, let us know when making your reservation and we'll be happy to coordinate your pickup. We can also arrange pickups within the downtown Boquete area.

Absolutely! You're welcome to meet us directly at the farm. Please plan to arrive by 9:00 AM for the morning tour or 2:00 PM for the afternoon tour. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to ensure a smooth check-in and a relaxed start to your experience.

Yes. Our coffee experience is designed to be enjoyed by guests of all ages, from children to older adults. The tour follows a relaxed pace and offers a comfortable and educational experience for most visitors.

Yes! One of the highlights of the experience is our guided coffee tasting, where you'll sample seven different coffee varieties and learn what makes each one unique.

Absolutely! You'll have the opportunity to taste the world-famous Geisha coffee, celebrated for its delicate floral and fruity notes. You'll also sample other varieties, including Pacamara, Catuai, and other specialty coffees.

Boquete's mountain climate is part of the adventure, and our tours operate rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions that could affect safety or the quality of the experience, our team will contact you to discuss available options.

Yes! We love welcoming furry companions to our coffee experience.

If you are joining our transportation service, pets must be small enough to travel comfortably on the shuttle. Guests arriving in their own vehicle are welcome to bring pets of any size, provided they are well-behaved and under supervision at all times.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets must remain on a leash, have access to water and hydration during the visit, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them throughout the experience.
