Iwanna Boquete Tours was founded in 2015 by Landreth Laws, a Boquete local raised among coffee farms in the highlands of Panamá.Coming from a multicultural family with roots in Panamá, Nashville, Tennessee, and Ireland, coffee was always more than a drink — it was part of his identity, his family history, and everyday life.
Growing up surrounded by coffee farms and local producers inspired Landreth to share the authentic culture behind every cup of Panamanian coffee.After years working alongside some of Boquete’s most respected coffee producers, including mentor Ricardo Koyner of Kotowa Coffee, he discovered a passion for creating meaningful experiences for travelers from around the world.What started as a simple Coffee Tour in Boquete eventually became something much bigger: a way to connect visitors with the authentic soul of Boquete through coffee, culture, people, and local stories.
Today, Iwanna proudly owns its own coffee farm — what Landreth lovingly calls his “Coffee Garden” — where visitors experience an authentic Boquete Coffee Plantation Tour surrounded by carefully cultivated micro lots of Caturra, Catuai, Typica, Bourbon, Pacamara, and Geisha coffee varieties.More than tours, this is a story rooted in passion, culture, hospitality, and dreams grown in the mountains of Panamá.
