Our experience at Don Pepe was perfect, and our tour guide Carlos was excellent. He was funny, translated in Spanish and English, and was very knowledgeable about the plantation and coffee process. We had a great time! Even though our pick up time coincided with heavy rain, Carlos and the crew picked us up and had an area for us at the plantation to keep us dry while talking. The coffee was great and we highly recommend!!

This was a great tour and great way to spend the afternoon. Lan is engaging and hilarious; we learned a lot and had some great coffee. Highly recommend!

I went on the coffee tour with Carlos. He worked as a coffee picker as well as in the production process for more than 20 years. He was able to answer every question and gave a nice insight to the whole process as well as to his personal history and working in the coffee industry in general. Very informative tour and definitely recommendable!

It was interesting and very dinamic tour. Landreth is very knowledgeable about the history of coffee and how you get to that wonderful drink. He took us on a journey through the knowledge and processes of coffee, to finally taste all the aromas of which we heard throughout the tour. Excellent and highly recommended.

We did the Coffee Tour at Don Pepes Estate today. We are very happy That we decided to do the Tour because it is very informative and our Guide Lan did an amazing Job! We got to know everything about growing, harvesting, peeling, drying and roasting Coffee! Besides Lan has a Really nice way of telling the facts so the Tour Never got Boring at any Point. The Highlight was the Coffee tasting where we could try 4 different Types of Coffee also including the famous Geisha Coffee. We would highly recommend to do the Tour at Don Pepes!

Ruben and Roy were the most superb hosts for an amazing tour of the Don Pepe Coffee Plantation. Ruben has extraordinary knowledge of not only growing excellent coffee, but the complexity of judging coffee as a professional. The amount of information you take in on how much time, effort and love of coffee goes into making a single cup of coffee brings into perspective the months perhaps years it took to get from the fruit on the tree to an amazing cup of coffee. I highly recommend taking this tour!

We arrived in Boquete very early in the morning today and as we had to wait to get our room we asked in the hostel what we could do during the morning. The recommended us the coffee tour from Lan. We called spontanously and could participate in the morning tour. And what can I say? We loved it. We got a really goof overview about coffee in general, but the best was the coffee tasting in the lab. Before the tour coffee just was coffee, but in the tasting I could really sense all the different flavours. It was great. Thanks a lot.
